(Louisville, KY) - The Angels selected Louisville left-handed pitcher Reid Detmers 10th overall in the MLB Draft.
He struck out 167 in 113 and two-thirds innings in 2019 and 46 in 22 innings in the coronavirus-shortened 2020 season for the Cardinals.
The first round ended with the Dodgers picking Cards right-hander Bobby Miller 29th overall.
