Former UofL Players Helping To Pay For Jared Lorenzen's Funeral

(Louisville, KY) - A group of former UofL football players is stepping up to help pay for the funeral of former UK quarterback Jared Lorenzen.

Jamon Brown, Deion Branch and Chris Redman played in the NFL with Lorenzen.

Brown said he thinks it's important for players from the two rival schools to support each other.

Lorenzen's celebration of life service will be held Wednesday afternoon at Saint Pius X Church in Edgewood.
